About Corry Group

Corry Group is a commercial real estate investment, brokerage, and advisory firm based in Atlanta, serving clients throughout the Southeast. The firm represents buyers and sellers across a range of property types, with a primary focus on self storage, multifamily, land, and other commercial investment properties. Principal Peter Corry is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.

Our goal is to provide clients with informed, experienced representation throughout the acquisition and disposition process while pursuing the best available terms in the market. Corry Group also maintains relationships with owners, operators, developers, lenders, and service providers throughout the industry, allowing us to remain a resource to clients beyond the closing of a transaction.
In addition to its brokerage activities, Corry Group selectively pursues commercial real estate investment opportunities for its own account.

Leadership​

Principal Peter Corry has experience across multiple areas of the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in commercial real estate and development while still in high school, assisting with site acquisition for new cell tower developments at Municipal Communications.
Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama. After graduation, he joined CBRE in Washington, D.C., where he worked as a Business Analyst assisting with the management and leasing of properties for the United States Postal Service.
 

Peter later returned to the Southeast and transitioned into investment sales brokerage with Marcus & Millichap’s self storage team in Atlanta. He subsequently joined Colliers’ East Region Multifamily team as a Senior Associate, where he worked with institutional investors pursuing multifamily acquisitions in the Atlanta market.
His experience as both a commercial real estate broker and investor gives Corry Group a practical perspective on acquisitions, dispositions, and property ownership.
